What a week we have had. Our service provider for our servers would not respond when our database server went down.
Only when I started canceling contracts did they bring our servers back online. No reason, no info, no explanation or any sort of communication what so ever..

This morning I woke up and thought I’d check the connection to our database server and to my surprise I was able to connect 🎉🎈🙌. Still no correspondence from the service provider, but at least the system is back online. I am currently restarting the grid. ⚠ CRITICAL SYSTEMS FAILURE ⚠
At 4PM PSD our service provider has suffered a critical system failure. This means that all our servers are offline. I believe there are people onsite working on resolving this issue. Midnight PST and we still do not have access to our servers although they are showing life via ping requests, so its looking hopeful that we will be back online soon. I hope! I’ll keep you updated – Danny

Happy Valentines Day everyone. Quick note to all our users who may be trying to login at midnight PSD. We have to do an unscheduled restart due to an unscheduled Windows server update that ran overnight. The servers will not be offline for long as its just a restart.

ℹ Update:- all regions including free regions are back online. Silver Oak Hills is now running on Linux. Will renters please renew their rentals as all scripts had to be reset when we did the migration. Thanks Danny
