  • ⚠ Unscheduled Grid Outage 4th Nov 2024 @ 4:30am PST ⚠

  • Outage on 2 of our servers
    Good morning folks. There is currently an outage at one of our data centres that hosts some regions and our user membership website. The outage is as a result of the cooling system failing in the data centre. All servers have had to be powered down until the work can be carried out. As far as I can see only 6 regions…Read More

    • Update: The data centre for those two servers is still offline. I have received notification that they hope to have the data centre back online soon.

    • Good news the two servers that were affected by the data centre outage today, are now back online. I’m told that work is still in progress at the site, but our systems seem to be stable.
